Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- Measuring cup & whisk

Instructions
Step 1:
Review all parts of your whipped cream dispenser and make sure they are clean and dry before assembling.
Step 2:
Add cold heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a measuring cup. Whisk until sugar is fully dissolved and smooth.
Step 3:
Carefully pour the mixture into the dispenser bottle.
Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
Step 4:
Attach the decorator tip to the dispensing valve.
Screw the head onto the bottle so that it is straight and securely sealed.
Step 5:
Insert one GreatWhip N₂O charger into the charger holder and screw it in until the gas releases. Shake gently 6–10 times.
Step 6:
Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours for best texture. Hold the bottle upside down and press the lever to dispense.
Tips
Keep cream and dispenser well-chilled for thick, stable foam. If the cream feels too soft, give 2–3 gentle shakes before serving.
